Our Oat Drink

We use a traditional, small-batch process to craft our farm-fresh, barista-friendly oat drink. It all starts with pure Cotswold water from our farm and British-grown oats.

After we’ve teased out all the oaty goodness from the grains, we separate them from the liquid. British rapeseed oil, along with a combination of essential vitamins and minerals, completes the recipe, giving it a rich and creamy finish. Our delicious oat drink is now ready to be packaged and sent out to local farm shops and coffee houses.

We keep waste to a minimum: the spent oats are wheeled across the farm to feed our cows. In turn, our cows naturally fertilise the fields where our oats grow, letting nature’s cycle begin again.
