Our Oat Drink

We use a traditional, small-batch process to make our farm-fresh, barista-friendly oat drink. It all starts with our farm Cotswold water and British oats.

Once we have teased all the oaty goodness from the grains, we separate them from the liquid. British rapeseed oil, along with a combination of essential vitamins and minerals, completes the recipe to give it a rich and creamy finish. Our delicious farm-fresh oat drink is now ready to be packaged and sent out to local farm shops and coffee houses.

We keep waste to an absolute minimum: our spent oats are wheeled to the other side of the farm, where they can be fed to our cows as fodder. Our cows, in turn, naturally fertilise the fields where our oats grow… so nature's process can begin again.
